Michael Dashow
As for my works, all that I am showing here were created as part of personal projects. Sometimes I create artworks for my job, and sometimes for contests and freelance work. These, however, were created just for fun side projects, where I came up with ideas that would afford lots of chances to develop concept designs for imaginary projects. i hope that you all enjoy them!

Kamafun (Toom, Angie, and Cherry): I created these angel and devil characters in 2003 when I worked for a European leader mobile content company. They were originally designed for mobile wallpapers and animations, but as it was a real success (over 5 millions wallpapers and animations downloads since then), we decided to work on other products (mobile sockets, diaries, schoolbags, cushions, clothes...) using these characters, under the "Kamafun" brand. I've drawn thousands of these since then. Today, mobile market is different, wallpapers downloads are over, but the brand evolved. I go on illustrating these characters I like, and have many projects that will be realized soon I hope!

As long as I can remember, drawing and animation have always been a passion. I began creating my own comics and characters as a very young boy, grew up as a fantasy illustration lover and then discovered computer art. Ending classical studies, I entered a 3D animation school. After graduating, I started as a character designer and lead artist in a small videogame company and through years, worked as a freelancer for various clients, from videogame to magazines, creating designs, animations, comics and illustrations... That’s a lot of work… and much fun !

But this makes Paopao, such a boy who is eager for adventure feel lacking in passion. Paopao reads heroic comic books everyday to pass the time. This ludicrous chap is yet another image for my seemingly endless "100 Robots" project. Though I'm pretty happy with the way this image turned out he hasn't gotten as great a public response as "Mr. Bubbles's Birthday".
