Stephen Silver
  Stephen Silver was born in London, England on August 30th 1972. Aspiring to be a professional artist his whole life and knowing drawing would be his vocation, Silver got his professional start in 1992 drawing caricatures in amusement parks. In 1993 he went on to establish his own illustration company called Silvertoons. By 1997 Silver was hired by Warner Bros. Television Animation as a character designer, and has been working in the animation industry ever since.He has worked as Character Designer and Supervisor for Disney Television Animation, Sony Feature Animation and Nickelodeon Animation, designing characters such as "Kim Possible", "Danny Phantom" and Kevin Smith's "Clerks" the animated series, to name a few. Silver is the author and artist of five self-published books on the art of sketching, caricature and life drawing. In addition to working freelance full time, he also teaches an online character design course at www.schoolism.com. In 2000 he received the Golden Nosey award from the National Caricaturist Network for caricaturist of the year. In 2007 he was awarded the National Cartoonists Society's television animation award for the designs on Disney's Kim Possible. Silver names three treasures to success in life that give him what it takes to keep on drawing: passion, desire and determination.

Tom Bancroft
  Tom Bancroft has over 20 years of experience in the animation industry, most of which was for Walt Disney Feature animation where he was an animator for 11 years. He has been nominated for Annie and Rueben awards, spoken at the Kennedy Center and awarded an entry into the Chicago Children’s Film Festival.

  While at Disney, Bancroft had the opportunity to contribute animation on 10 animated feature films, 5 animated shorts, and numerous special projects and commercials. Some of the classic films include, “Beauty and the Beast,” “The Lion King,” “Aladdin”, “Mulan”, “Lilo and Stitch”, and “Brother Bear”. Bancroft was also a character designer and director for Big Idea Productions makers of the family-friendly “Veggietales” video series.

  In 2006, Bancroft had his popular art instruction book, “Creating Characters with Personality” published by Watson-Guptill Publishers. With “guest” contributors like Glen Keane, Jack Davis, Peter de’Seve, and Butch Hartman, it has already become the most recognized book on designing characters for animation, video games, comic books, and cartooning. It has become a required textbook at many art schools around the United States.

  For the last six years, Bancroft co-founded Funnypages Productions, LLC with partner Rob Corley. The company provides direction, illustration, character design and artistic animation development for clients like Disney, DC comics, Big Idea Productions, Warner Brothers, CBN, Scholastic, NavPress, Thomas Nelson, and Zondervan. FP Productions has also developed many original properties for film and television and illustrated over 50 children’s books. Bancroft and his family reside in Nashville, Tennessee. Florian Satzinger
  Florian Satzinger is an Austrian character designer and author. He was a student of the well-regarded Disney, MGM and Hanna-Barbera animator and animation director Ken Southworth ("Alice In Wonderland", "Woody Woodpecker", "Tom & Jerry", "The Flintstones", "Peanuts", "The Smurfs") who influenced him greatly. Presently, he is a production designer, character designer and writer at S&H FEATURES and works on his first StarDucks? graphic novel and on the Toby Skybuckle? books series for a major French publishing house in parallel with the comic book series Childwood? for a major Canadian publisher. Before this, he worked as a concept artist and character designer on numerous projects for clients like Red Bull, Warner Bros Worldwide Publishing etc. Besides his design and production work, he teaches character design, analog animation and animation history at the University of Applied Sciences, Salzburg.

Haitao Su
  Haitao Su is a freelance character & cartoon designer and illustrator. At present, he has set up his studio and has been devoted to design work, e.g. creating cartoon characters for global clients. His long-term clients include Perpetual FX Creative (US Dalas), Betsoft Gaming Ltd (UK), BIRKE. CREATIVE NETWORK (Germany) and Storyboards (Netherland). In 1996, he created Doudou, the cartoon character selected as the mascot of the 3rd Asian Winter Games. In 2001, he founded FANTASY, the first illustrated Fantasy & Sci-Fi magazine in China to promote BD and comics art. In 2010, his illustration work Angels and Devils was published in Spectrum 17, “My friend” in EXPOSE 8 and he was awarded Master of the Year 2010 by EXPOSE. The Art Scrapbook of SUHAITAO was published by BRANDSTUDIO Press in the US in 2001.

Graduated from the Sculpture major in 1999; afterwards, he served in Shanghai Hongguang Animation Shanghai. Co., Ltd and in charge of 2D sketch design, product supervision and Storyboard Design.
From 2003 to 2008, he served in Gameloft, responsible for the Artistic Quality Management of Nex-Gen Gaming Platform project, and setup his own art team in the company.
Mr. Guan joined Shanda and served as the Director of Art R&D Center in June 2008, mainly commits himself to artistic quality assurance of projects, and the strategic integration in game art field.

Steve Yuan
Steve Yuan is the Co-founder of leewiART International Computer Graphic (CG) Art Promoting Organization and Executive Director of “Share One Planet” project. Together his partner, they launched leewiART in October of 2006. As a keen observer and with years researches on CG market- the new generated market in art industry, he devotes himself to build a perfect bridge between CG art and the traditional art; to help charming CG art gains a creative breakthrough, from the film, game, illustration and other relative businesses to the market of arts; and also to help the merits of arts extend into publics.
