The Sad Skull
Author used some traditional oil paint techniques in this work. The light source is in the centre and the heavy color around is bold, leads the audience to concentrate on the main item as well as strengthened the theme. The other theme of this work is ‘till death do us apart’, so it has another name called ‘lovers’. The model appears in this piece used to be a friend of the author’s.
