In an unknown world of the Outer Dimension, the peaceful life is disturbed by wars, just because the balance of the original powers is broken. The Protoss, the first race in the heaven, are attacked by the Terrans and the betrayers of the Asmodians, and the whole race is nearly ruined.
At the same time, a shining thing is falling to the ground like a shooting star without anyone’s attention. After it falls on the ground, a dark figure stands up slowly with a ball in the belly rotating rapidly, in which hides the huge powers of nine disciplines. These powers are used to punish those who break the nine disciplines, no matter gods, humans or devils.
This man, is the new born god ---- God of Punishment. He is going to punish those who commit the two sins of the nine disciplines (sin of killing and sin of betrayal) in the Terrans and the betrayers of the Asmodians.
